Return window and item-specific terms

Most items have a 30-day money-back return policy, measured from delivery. For these voluntary returns, the buyer pays return shipping unless the product page states that TekPartsDepot pays. Products marked with free returns have seller-paid return shipping. Products marked “No voluntary returns” are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Please read the return terms on the product page before ordering. Item-specific terms apply to voluntary returns; they do not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, or any rights provided by applicable law.

Requesting a return

Email support@tekpartsdepot.com within the applicable return window. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. For damage, faults, or an incorrect item, describe the problem and include photos where available.

Contact us for return instructions and the correct return address before mailing an item. Keep the item's serial-number labels, included parts and accessories, and packaging available so we can identify the item and review the return.

Refunds and problems with an order

Eligible returns are for a money-back refund. We review returned items after receipt and inspection and contact you about the outcome. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us so we can review the problem and provide the appropriate return instructions. The buyer-paid voluntary-return rule does not override applicable consumer rights.

Condition, compatibility, and warranty

Review the product's condition, tested functions, specifications, and included accessories before buying. Please confirm compatibility with your equipment before ordering; contact us if you need help identifying a part.

A return period is not a separate warranty period. Any additional written seller warranty applies only when expressly stated for the product. See our warranty information for details. Nothing in these policies excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Orders purchased on eBay

For an eBay purchase, start your return through the original eBay order and follow the terms shown there. eBay's return process and buyer-protection programs do not apply to purchases made on TekPartsDepot.com.
