Handling time

Orders are normally dispatched within one business day after payment clears. Handling time is separate from the carrier's transit time.

Shipping services and charges

Shipping varies by item and destination. Some items include free standard shipping; others have buyer-paid shipping calculated for the package and delivery address. Available services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Expedited services are offered only where available and may cost extra.

Eligible laptops ship free by USPS Ground Advantage to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Free laptop shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.

For orders containing multiple items, free shipping on one item does not waive shipping charges on other items. Review the combined shipping total at checkout.

Delivery destinations and estimates

We currently accept website orders for supported US delivery addresses. Availability varies by product; some items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, military addresses, or PO boxes. If checkout does not offer a shipping method for your item and address, contact us before ordering. International shipping and local pickup are not currently offered through this website.

Carrier delivery times are estimates and do not include our handling time. Please check your delivery address before placing your order.

Shipping questions or delivery problems

Email support@tekpartsdepot.com with your order number and details. If an item arrives damaged, please keep the item and packaging and include photos so we can review the issue.

This policy applies to orders placed on TekPartsDepot.com. For purchases made on eBay, use the shipping terms and support process shown on the original eBay order. eBay protection and international shipping programs do not apply to purchases made on this website.
